You must know the old
expression—Good things come in small packages. And so it does, especially
over at Lime Fresh Mexican Grill in Pembroke Pines.
With locations popping up
all over South Florida (soon to arrive in Coconut Creek and Coral Springs)
this restaurant has continued to delight patrons on a daily basis.
Appetizers, which include
the bottomless chip and Pico de gallo salsa, is a continuing favorite. Great
homemade guacamole and hot tostados smothered in beans and melted jack and
cheddar cheese, seem to be a favorite of just about every table.
Our diner just could not
get enough of the Salsa. Fresh hardly describes the taste, and, the best she
has ever eaten anywhere, and if only it was already jarred, and ready to
purchase on the spot, she would have touted home an entire case to indulge
in.
Lime Fresh offers
outstanding homemade soups and salads, fajitas and tacos with all the go-alongs,
and fresh homemade chips that are most addicting.
Prices are incredibly
reasonable. The Fajita platter carries a mere $10.00 price tag and it is
more than ample in size. You also have your choice of Fish or Shrimp Tacos,
Lo carb tacos and yummy quesadeos, burritos, and so much more.
Lime Fresh is a fun
relaxed eatery and many of the patrons enjoy the outdoor seating, which is a
great place to listen to the music and people watch. How much better can it
get ?
You will also find a very
impressive Hot Sauce bar from mild to “put out the fire” please. Drinks are
sooooo delicious and unique and the Mikerida was a hit with just about
everyone.
You are going to love
their Beja style cuisine, prepared fresh as can be in the perfect setting.
Manager Nick could not
have been more gracious to each and every diner, and you could actually tell
how in to everything the servers were. They were just wonderful.
We offer Kudos to founder
and CEO John Kinkel. His amazing concept is making lots of diners very very
happy. |
